    On 8 April the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and COLEACP signed a technical cooperation agreement to work to develop a more sustainable and resilient agriculture sector in the Caribbean region.     As a Covid-19 emergency measure, the European Union is accepting electronic transmissions of phytosanitary certificates (PCs) for imports into the EU (followed by transmission of the paper documents) until 1 February 2021.
