A key aim of this COLEACP training is to enable the technical staff of Jubba Agro to pass on key messages effectively to the farmers they work with on a daily basis. COLEACP has been holding a series of e-meetings on sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) issues with National Plant Protection Organisations (NPPOs) from ACP countries.
