Participants included public sector actors as the Plant Quarantine Department (NAQS), the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, National Technical Working Groups as well as representatives of the European Delegation, ECOWAS Commission – The Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development and private sector.
