    The Sanidad e Innovación Agropecuaria (SIA) project, implemented by COLEAD for the Ministry of Agriculture of the Dominican Republic, is making steady progress. Structured around four strategic ‘blocks’, the project aims to mobilise institutional infrastructures and strengthen the country’s capacity in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary safety.
