Collective coaching on dry matter testing

Following the collective training organised in October 2019 in order to reinforce the good practices for harvest and post-harvest handling for avocado export, the companies have been offered the opportunity to benefit from a coaching on dry matter testing.

An experienced trainer visited the companies to train the technical staff to perform the test themselves.
