On 14 December 2022, COLEACP and the Angolan Embassy in Belgium organised a webinar to present the FFM+ programme to Angolan representatives of the horticultural sector.
The session, held in Portuguese, was organised with the aim of providing additional information on the FFM+ programme and how the different potential partner-beneficiaries can take part in it. Participants were introduced to COLEACP activities, the framework of the programme and process of our application for support.

In addition, the embassy of Angola was present, represented by Dra. Joana Nareth and Dr. Jorge Cassoma, as well as the representative of Cape Verde embassy in Belgium.
The attendees, in total 15, were representing a diverse group of entities that could apply to the program including, representatives from the public and private sector, namely, producer groups, cooperatives, MSMEs (micro, small, medium enterprises), support structures and consulting companies.
Fit For Market+ (FFM+) provides support to the horticultural sector in member countries of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS). It aims to maintain and improve the capacity of smallholders, farmer groups and horticultural MSMEs to access domestic, regional and international markets through the progressive sustainable intensification of the horticultural sector, while adapting to changes in their operating environment due to COVID-19 and climate change.
This activity is supported by the Fit For Market+ programme, implemented by COLEACP within the Framework of Development Cooperation between the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) and the European Union.
